Trinidad & Tobago para swimmer Shanntol Ince gave it her all on the weekend, competing in Toronto in qualifying heats and four races as she prepares to represent her nation at this summer’s Parapan Games here.

She posted times of 33:08 in 50-metre freestyle; 1:12.22 in 100-metre freestyle; 5:27.19 in 400-metre freestyle and 1:21.61 in Butterfly at the 2015 Speedo Can Am Swimming Championships during a visit to Toronto.

This was part of her program of competitions leading up to the Toronto Games and eventually qualifying for the 2016 Paralympic Games in Brazil.

Last weekend, she competed at the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre at UofT Scarborough campus where Pan Am and Parapan Games aquatic events will be held.
