Caribbean Airlines upgrades ticket system

air planeCaribbean Airlines has upgraded its reservation and ticketing system to Amadeus, the technology partner for the global travel industry which provides reliable, modern and cutting-edge solutions to over 120 airlines worldwide.
Caribbean Airlines is pleased to adopt this network, which will improve the range of service offerings to its valued customers, a spokesman said.
George Reeleder, Caribbean Airlines vice-president, commercial and customer service, stated: “This upgrade signals the start of a new era for Caribbean Airlines.
“These improvements to our system will positively affect our customers’ travel experience.”

• Faster and easier web check-in
• Real-time information on reservations and flight changes
• Self-serve, user friendly airport kiosks at Caribbean Airlines destinations via Amadeus.
• Customer-centric travel experience to better serve its customers.
The cutover last Tuesday marked the end of phase one of this project. The second phase which extends to the airline’s airport check-in should be fully complete by March 2016, the airline said.
