Essay contest for Black History Month

As part of Ontario Black History Month, students headed for post-secondary education are invited to enter an essay contest.

“To meaningfully extend the study of Black history beyond February, the Ontario Black History Society (OBHS) is introducing a new essay contest that will culminate with a winner chosen in time to present their material at our Leaders of Tomorrow student conference in the spring,” said Dr. Rosemary Sadlier, President of OBHS.

The essay contest is open to all students who will be attending a post secondary institution in 2015-16.
