ACCN opens Applications for private School

ACCN’s Independent School Program

The Afro-Canadian Christian Network (ACCN) is now accepting applications for its Independent School Program, offering high-achieving Black students the opportunity to attend some of Ontario’s most prestigious private schools in September 2025.

Parents of students who demonstrate strong academic potential are urged to apply immediately, as the deadline is Monday, June 16, 2025. The program offers placement support, interview preparation, academic guidance, and even application fee waivers, saving families up to $250 per school.

Participating schools include coeducational and single-gender institutions such as St. Andrew’s College, The Linden School, Branksome Hall, and Toronto French School. Grade levels accepting applicants range from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 12, depending on the school.

Students may apply to up to three schools. To complete the application, parents must upload three years of report cards, teacher recommendations, and any relevant awards or certificates that demonstrate academic or extracurricular excellence.

“This is your moment,” says ACCN. “Give your child the opportunity to thrive.”
