African Fashion Week Toronto has carved a space in the fashion scene in the city of Toronto for the last 11 years. It did not disappoint this year as they showcased designers from St Vincent Trinidad and Tobago, the UK and right here from the city.

AFWT provides a platform for up and coming designers as well as brands wanting to showcase their creativity and unique styles in fashion while garnering some mainstream support.

This year AFWT 2023 welcomed designers Gifts By Leah, Achonu House, Exquisite Seams, Labeke, Caribelle Batik from St Vincent, Signed By Dahlia, Ambition, NuYu By Stacy Zadd & Eastman from Trinidad and Tobago, Qweenfecy, the UK’s Adebayo Jones.
