Come Dingolay and celebrate Ol’ Time Carnival.

Ole Mas

Clarence and Jacky Forde will once again be staging an Ol’ Time Carnival outdoor show this summer both in the Park and on the road.  “Ol’ Time Carnival, Mama ‘dis is Mas! Is back,” explained Jacky Forde. “This summer we have New characters and a new old story.

The Forde’s will be staging a later afternoon costume launch for Ol’ Time Carnival on June 2nd at the Queen Victoria Pub on Midland Avenue in Scarborough.

“Come see the costumes, choose your characters and Dingolay! We are taking Traditional Mas back on the street where it began!” she told the Camera.

Cajuca Mas Arts Producers have registered as a Guest Band for carnival 2019 and will present traditional mas costumes for the first time ever in this year’s Toronto Caribbean Carnival Parade.  As well they will be performing with traditional costumes on July 20th in the Bob Hunter Park as part of the Arts in the Parks city sponsored event.
