De Regulars didn’t disappoint when they held their band launch recently, marking the 31st year this mas camp has been involved in Scotiabank Toronto Caribbean Carnival. This time around, the launch was a whole-family affair with children and grandchildren joining founding members in the festivities at the central Scarborough camp.
