Flair launches Toronto – Jamaica flights

Canada’sFlair Airlines this month announced new nonstop flights between Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) and Montego Bay, Jamaica (MBJ). Tickets are on sale now, with service starting December 16.

In a press release shared with the Caribbean Camera, Flair said Jamaica is its second destination on the island. “This route reinforces the airline’s commitment to expanding international connectivity while offering reliable, affordable service to some of the most sought-after destinations in the world.”

The announcement was welcomed in Jamaica. The Jamaica Observer reported the flights will provide a 109% increase in available seats for the winter season frp, Toromtp, supporting the Caribbeans strategy to attract 500,000 new visitors by 2025. Tourism officials also noted the community connection, with a festive launch event planned for the inaugural flight on December 16.
