As Fly Jamaica Airways celebrates its second anniversary, the airline held a love-in recently in Toronto with travel agents fielding questions, challenges and offering solutions and sharing experiences.

“Right now our planes are underutilized. If you have the traffic, we have the planes. Our business is world-wide. Not just Guyana. Not just Jamaica. We can take the passengers anywhere. Fly Jamaica is here to support you in every way,” said Paul Ronald Reece, chairman and CEO with his wife Roxanne Reece.

“Thank you very much for supporting Fly Jamaica. We really appreciate this. If you don’t fill our seats, we cannot pay our bills.” Reece said.

The couple said, “We are looking forward to our new cargo flights out of Toronto. We charter anywhere around the world.”

The Reeces said they know passengers have a lot of choices and travel agents have a lot of choices, however, “we still offer two free bags to all our economy passengers of 50 lb. each, along with your laptop or handbag.”

The Reeces were here with members of their staff extolling their high standards, great values, great destinations, two checked bags free and, of course, a tasty meal.

They expressed their appreciation to the travel agents, loyal customers and staff for helping to make Fly Jamaica Airways the airline of choice for many air travelers.

The airplanes can go very long-range, the pointed out. They fly non-stop to Georgetown from Canada and they encouraged the agents to sell promote their flights. “Right now our planes are can accommodate more passengers.

“We currently operate a schedule into JFK, New York, Toronto, Georgetown, Guyana, and into our home base, Kingston, Jamaica. We also offer charters worldwide to tour operators and other travel groups,” Reece said.
