Louise Noel-Ambrose has been a driving force for many initiatives that have flourished in Hamilton and the surrounding areas of the GTA. As the owner and operator of EvenToBe, a public relations and event planning business, Louise highlights events in the city and around the world that focus on team building, social events, and cultural experiences. EvenToBe has become a go-to resource for many within the Caribbean, Black, and multicultural communities.
Louise has demonstrated excellent leadership over the years, representing and working with various communities and projects to make Hamilton a better place for women and their families to grow and thrive. She is the President of the Women’s Canadian Club of Hamilton, which supports the Hamilton community, women, and newcomers through continuous learning opportunities, including amazing guest speakers. Louise is also a past board member of the Afro Canadian Caribbean Association Hamilton and a past administrator of the Hamilton Black History Committee, which hosts the annual John Holland awards.
One of Louise’s notable achievements is the creation of LadyBoss Thursdays, a premier networking group for entrepreneurs to learn, exchange knowledge, and provide support. Through this initiative, Louise has helped many women build their businesses and develop their skills.
