International Women Achievers’ Awards set for March 7th

The International Women Achiever’s Awards (IWAA) will honour 27 women who have distinquished themselves in various fields of endeavor, at the 2020 edition of the Awards scheduled for March 7, 2020.

The keynote speaker will be actress Victoria Rowell, (“Drucilla” of Young and Restless fame), and guest speaker will be the Mayor of Brampton, Patrick Brown.

The 2020 IWAA is to be held during International Women’s month, to celebrate and honor the accomplishments and contributions of women in world-wide community development; women who have excelled in different spheres of life. The ceremony underscores the paramount role played by women in society, while appreciating their attitudes, initiatives, will-power and perseverance.

The Awards Night will be launched with a red Carpet reception, and climax with dinner and the award ceremony which will be graced by national and international dignitaries. Various tributes will be paid to our 2020 Zanana Akande awardee; (formerly, IWAA Lifetime Achiever Award), the Hon. Kathleen Wynne.

The event will be hosted by founder of the Love Project, and host G987 FM Step after Dark- Mr. Kerry Lee Crawford, and Miss Jacqueline Dixon host of the GBKM FMTV “Extra people doing Extra-ordinary things”. Guest performers include Mel C, Latoya Mullings, Bollywood dancer (Delicious Dance Academy Canada), Janette Garvey amongst others.

Princess M. Boucher is the Founder /CEO of International Woman Achievers’ Award   and Princess Fae Peer Mediation Centre (PFPMC). She is a former candidate for Brampton City Council. Boucher is involved in many community development and humanitarian projects including youth, women and seniors.
