Ninth Grammy for Rihanna

Barbadian superstar Rihanna (Robyn Rihanna Fenty) has  won yet another Grammy.

At the 60th annual Grammy Awards show at Madison Square Garden in New York City on Sunday night, Rihanna, who had previously won eight Grammys, copped the award for best rap/sung performance for her collaboration with Kendrick Lamar on Royalty off his album Damn

Later in the show, Rihanna  performed her hit Wild Thoughts alongside DJ Khaled and Bryson Tiller.

Singer Bruno Mars was the night’s biggest winner, copping six awards, including album of the year and record of the year (best track) for 24K Magic. Earlier, his song That’s What I Like won song of the year, the songwriting prize.

Lamar won five awards, including best rap album and Alessia Cara won best new artist.
