Pan Fantasy Halloween Bash this Saturday night

Wendy Jones is putting the fantasy into Halloween this Saturday night.  The popular pannist is encouraging people to dream up fun and fantastic costumes for the annual Halloween Bash.

“Use your imagination, but please try to stay away from violent or too scary costumes,” Jones told the Caribbean Camera.  “We are holding the party at the Pan Fantasy Pan Yard up at Downsview. We have a lot of room in there for dancing, liming and just having fun.”

The highlight of the Pan Fantasy Halloween Bash will be the judging of the costumes.  There is a prize for the most original costume.

“We are putting away the pans for Saturday night, and letting DJ Big Al keep the music running. And our other Al, musical director Al Foster will have his Caribbean food truck outside the Pan Yard,” continued Jones.  “The Pan Fantasy party is for the whole community!”

It all takes place indoors at Pan Fantasy’s pan yard – Downsview Park, 20 Carl Hall, Unit 21.  Downsview Park is off of Sheppard Ave West, between Keele and Allen Rd. – In the back of the complex with the Merchants ‘Flea’ Market].

The party starts at 8pm and tickets cost $20 at the door.
