Anyone who may have been driving on the streets last Saturday of Toronto in the afternoon under a relentless snowfall, would be astonished to know that later that night with the snow showing no sign of stopping, that hundreds of steelband-crazy folk would wend their way to P.C. Ho Theatre in Scarborough to celebrate the 23rd edition of Snowflakes on Steel.
