The Brij Team executed another one in their successful series of You Have A Piggy Bank educational workshops on May 23.

With more than 50 participants, these workshops are continuing to build a strong community base. Another bonus is that the workshops are raising funds for The Caribbean Children Foundation to help save lives of children in need (www.tccfangels.com).

Created by Jay Brijpaul of the Brij Team at Remax Reality West, the workshops are designed to help educate the local community about realistic opportunities on building personal wealth with real estate.

Realizing there is a lack of free, useful, viable and accessible knowledge available to the  public beyond “get rich quick” and other sales-focused seminars, the Brij Team aimed to provide real experienced based advice and insight on all aspects of investing from finding a property to finding and keeping the right tenants.

The workshops are geared to providing real tips and lessons that go beyond the financials and focus on making the experience as empowering as possible.

You Have A Piggy Bank workshops are a no-pressure, no-sales educational platform for anyone interested in levering their existing property equity and those financially planning for the future.
