Newly minted Prime Minister of Grenada, Dr. Keith Mitchell will grace Toronto for a community meeting with the Diaspora.

And the Grenada Consulate is extending an invitation to everyone to attend to nationals and friends to a public meeting with the newly elected Prime Minister of Grenada, Dr. Mitchell on Friday, March 8, at York Civic Centre, 2700 Eglinton Ave. West (Keele Street and Eglinton Ave. West), in the Council Chamber at from 6:00-8:00 pm.

“The biggest challenges were who to leave out for the time being,” Mitchell said, as the 11-member cabinet was sworn into office during a public ceremony at the National Stadium, on Sunday.

Mitchell revealed that his new administration understands its priority is to secure jobs and help create an environment that will create an environment that will create more jobs and assured the nation that within the first 100 days the foundation of his plan for economic expansion will become clearer.

Meanwhile, another newly minted Prime Minister, Dr. Kenny D. Anthony who was slated to be in Toronto last Saturday, had to remain in St. Lucia to attend a funeral.

However, Anthony will be at a Town Hall meeting on March 10 at Metro Hall, 55 John Street, in Rooms 308/309, (on the South East corner of King Street West and John Street).
