Reggae legend Leroy Sibbles backed by the Hard Core Band rolled into Lula Lounge this past Sunday, playing his vast repertoire of Heptone and Studio 1 hits, including the monster Heptone hit Book of Rules. ​Also on the bill were Jay Douglas, Ossie D., Chester Miller and Elaine ‘Lil’ Bit’ Shepherd.
