To a soca beat, more than a hundred young masqueraders, like the one in the picture above, delighted the crowds at the Malvern Town Centre in Scarborough on Tuesday last at the costume launch of the Toronto Junior carnival. The masqueraders came from the 14 bands which will be at the junior carnival parade in Scarborough on Saturday. The parade will assemble at the parking lot of the Malvern community centre and will move west on McLevin Avenue to Neilson Road North and then to the Neilson Park.
