Tourism students at the Western Hospitality Institute in Jamaica will present “Crescendo,” the school’s eleventh annual trade show and professional development exercise, at Seneca College in Toronto on Friday.
According to a news release, the trade show and professional development exercise for students pursuing the Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management, is being held under the theme, “Destination Jamaica.
It will showcase the “unique offerings” of Jamaica’s 14 parishes such as entertainment, gastronomy, accommodation, sport and business and bring together leaders in Canada’s tourism industry as well as travel agents, hoteliers, distributors and private citizens who promotes “Brand Jamaica.,” says the release.
Seventeen students are hosting the trade show.
