The Barbados Tridents defeated the Guyana Amazon Warriors by eight runs (D/L method).
The Tridents sent in to bat first scored 152 for six wickets in their 20 overs. Dwayne Smith topscored with 59 and Shoaib Malik was undefeated on 55. K. Santokie took three for 19 and S. Narine took two for 20.
Guyana Amazon Warriers in reply made 107 for four wickets in 155 overs. Mohammad Hafeez made 28 and Lendi Simmons scored 20. Jason Holder took two for 18. The match was interrupted by rain.
Player of the match went to Shoaib Malik and player of the series to Lendi Simmons.
The management of the Guyana Amazon Warriers Team has opted to contest the outcome of the decision.
