Trinidad and Tobago para swimmer Shanntol Ince will compete in the 2015 Speedo Can Am Swimming Championships in Toronto on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (March 20- 22).
Ince will compete in the 50-, 100- and 400-meter freestyle and 100-meter butterfly events.
This competition is part of Ince’s program of competitions leading up to the Toronto 2015 Parapan Games with the eventual aim of qualifying for the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games in Brazil.
This weekend’s event is at the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre at the northwest end of Uof T Scarborough Campus., 875 Morningside Ave.
Her competition schedule is: Friday, 100m Butterfly and 400m freestyle; Saturday, 50m freestyle and
Sunday, 100m freestyle.
Preliminaries start at 9:30 a.m. each day and finals start at 6 p.m. each day.
There is no charge to attend the event and the public is encouraged to attend and support Ince.
