Young aspiring models will have an opportunity to step onto the runway as Toronto Kids Fashion Week holds an open casting call on Sunday, October 25.

Children ages 3 to 18, regardless of background or modelling experience, are eligible. Selected participants will receive runway and confidence workshops, designer fittings, professional hair, makeup and styling, a portfolio photoshoot and participation in the December 5 runway show.

“Every child deserves a moment on the runway,” a Toronto Kids Fashion Week spokesperson said, adding that children are encouraged to bring their confidence.

Since 2018, the event has provided young participants with professional fashion experiences focused on confidence, creativity and fun. Some alumni have signed with agencies or appeared in casting and film productions.
